D-SKO Fitness is the ultimate NEW group fitness class!  This easy to follow dance aerobic and strength training program is designed to train the entire body using elements of HIP HOP, KICK BOXING and BOOT CAMP DRILLS.  The class is set in motion by a dynamic soundtrack and an enthusiastic instructor.  D-SKO Fitness turns your workout into a party!
